Congratulations to Kieth Bannan and Paul Doyle (pictured). Keith finished 1^st in the mens sprint and 3^rd in the 1 kilometer time trial behind Paul Doyle of The bagel Bar who took first place honours

24^th August 2005 — 2 new bagel bar stores open

The bagel bar has opened its 12^th store in The Square Lucan Village, and it's 13^th store in The Quayside Shopping Center, Sligo

1^st May 2005 — 11^th bagel bar opens in IFSC, Dublin

The bagel bar arrives in Dublin's financial district. Located in Dublin's busy International Financial Services Centre, quality bagel bar products are now conveniently available to the 10,000 people who work in this busy Dublin district.

28^th March 2005 — Bannan wins final stage

Keith Bannan of the bagel bar cycling team wins the final stage of the Gorey 3-day. "Yesterday's final stage went to The Bagel Bar's Keith Bannan, who predictably was quickest in the mass bunch sprint to the line. Bannan showed his good form with a win on stage 3 and, having taken the final stage in the past, was psyched to do so again".

19^th October 2004 — Franchise Person of the Year - Ray Cowzer

The inaugural Irish Franchise Awards 2004 were held at the Burlington Hotel, Ballsbridge on 19 October and were attended by Ireland's leading Franchisors. The Awards recognise success and achievement in the Franchise sector, and will become an annual event.
