FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Your total initial investment will depend on many factors including location, rent, outlet size and equipment. Total investment averages €150,000-€200,000 including bank finance.
A ROUGH GUIDE TO SET UP COSTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
400-1200 sq foot high street operation €75K-€150K 1000-2000 sq foot shopping centre operation €150K-€300K
CHARGES
There is an initial once off Franchise License fee of €20,000 per store. The Bagel Bar will project manage the Fit Out of your new store and charge cost plus a 10% project management fee. This gives you total transparency in the Fit Out process.
Once trading, Franchise and Marketing fees are payable based on gross sales. The Franchise Fee is 5% of gross sales and payable to the Franchise Company. The Marketing Fee of 2% of gross sales is payable into a marketing fund. All marketing fees are spent advertising and promoting the Bagel Bar brand and its stores.
FUNDING
An important consideration in setting up your first Bagel Bar outlet is how to finance your investment. A good arrangement is to have at least 35% of the total capital requirements available in cash and sufficient collateral to obtain funding for the balance. To help you in this regard we have arranged a finance package with a number of banks, which includes equipment leasing and bank loans.
